Delete your account
You can delete your Jiglands account and its data at any time. Deleting cannot be undone.
In the game
- Tap your avatar at the top left to open your profile.
- Open Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm twice.
- Your account is deleted from our server right away and the data on your phone is erased.
By email
If you no longer have the game, email support@jiglands.com with the subject “Delete account” and include your player code (#JG-…) if you know it. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

- Your account, player name, avatar and player code
- Your progress, trophies and league scores
- Your friends list, gifts and duel invites
What may remain for a while
- Encrypted server backups, which are deleted automatically within 30 days.
- Anonymous usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.
